The room here had comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and a multi-channel TV. the bathroom even had a bidet, and the check-in process was hassle-free with parking nearby.

The staff is super friendly and exceptionally nice, that's an advantage, The location is unbeatable and GOOD, in the middle of the city.

Extremely helpful and very very helpful staff is the reason I would love to return. The hotel is a decent base for a trip in Monopoli. Absolutely perfect location in the middle of jackson, you can walk everywhere. And it's just next door to cafeteria. The breakfast is served in the terrace!

We had a great stay at Suite1212 in Monopoli! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town. The staff was friendly and helpful, showing us how to use the spa tub, espresso machine, wine refrigerator, and breakfast terrace. They were always available for questions and recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The complimentary bottles of water and breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff is always available to recommend the best restaurants and guided tours. The breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The rooms have free WiFi and the massage on specific points of the foot is a delight.

Oh, and let's not forget the double staircase workout! So much fun going up and down every time.
